SHIPPING POLICY
At LittleClubbers Apparel, we aim to provide clear and transparent insights into our shipping policy and fulfillment process. Please review the following information about shipping prices, delivery times, and customs/duties fees before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.; Shipping times and prices can vary depending on your location and the required delivery speed.

International shipping may have increased shipping times.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

HOW OUR SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED
The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and your destination.
If you qualify for our free shipping threshold (free shipping on orders over CAD $120 within Canada and over US $150 within the United States), this will automatically be applied at checkout.

COMMUNICATIONS & ORDER TRACKING
After each successfully placed order, we will send an email to your registered account contact details with the details of your purchase. Once your order is processed, we will send you an order tracking number via email where you can track the progress of your order.

Please note, we do our best to provide options for shipping to our customers. Lower cost options may not include third-party tracking of product.

REFUNDS

Please note that all return shipping costs and shipping on a replacement order (unless otherwise specified) is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Exclusions

At this time, LittleClubbers Apparel products are available in Canada, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address.

For international shipping outside of Canada, most of our packages weigh under 2kg, which means you can usually choose one of the following options:

• Small Packet International – Surface 
  A budget-friendly option for lightweight parcels (under 2kg). Perfect if your order isn’t time-sensitive. Consider the Air option if require the item to arrive quicker

• International Parcel – Surface
  For larger or heavier parcels (over 2kg) that are also not urgent, we recommend a more economical option for bulkier shipments, with a longer delivery time.

If you require faster delivery, you may also select other available shipping upgrades at checkout. 

 We highly recommend choosing a shipping option that includes tracking. Tracked shipping provides peace of mind and allows you to follow your package every step of the way. Untracked services are more affordable, but they do not include delivery updates and may take longer to arrive.

We will always provide a tracking number (where available) once your order has shipped.

Import Duties and Taxes for International Shipping
All fees associated with customs and import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
